Pafra Adhesives would like to extend their gratitude to Steve Martin, as he announces his retirement as Managing Director. Steve has dedicated 15 years of his career to steering Pafra through some of the toughest times our industry has seen, and everyone will certainly miss his commitment and leadership.  

Those of us that know Steve admire him for both his professional achievements, and for his personal values as a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. We wish him all the best as he enjoys making the most of his retirement with family. 

As part of our succession plan, it is our pleasure to announce that Dr Andy Steward has been appointed as Pafra’s new Managing Director, effective 1^st August 2022. Andy has been with Pafra for 14 years, and we are confident that Andy’s passion for the work that we do forms a strong foundation for him to continue to move the company forward within the Gluecom Group.

We look forward to continued success under Andy’s leadership and are sure our customers will join us in congratulating them both.
