Investigating adhesive challenges

We are the pivotal source of defining the adhesive challenges our customers find they are presented with. Whether identifying a technical issue or troubleshooting, the technical department is closely involved at every stage of the process, allowing us to assist customers quickly and efficiently in overcoming these challenges.

Developing new products

The technical team also encompass research. Inquisitiveness coupled with technical know-how means our team has the capability to identify where a new product formulation is required, develop said product and test the product thoroughly for suitability. What we learn here we can proactively apply to the development of other new products or to similar challenges faced by other customers.

Keeping abreast of industry trends and technical developments

Working in the technical department is an ongoing education; we learn what is happening in our customers’ industries, and what opportunities are likely to present themselves in the future. Keeping up to date with your industry happenings ensure we are prepared for the trends and developments that relate to your business, and that our customers are not left behind.

A significant amount of time is spent understanding the machines our customers use. We build good working relationships with machine manufacturers, helping us to confidently advise you on how to get the best out of our adhesive on the exact machine you are using. This also puts us in the perfect position to help you troubleshoot any issues quickly and effectively.
