Appointment of Technical Manager

Pafra Adhesives Ltd is pleased to announce that following-on from Terry O'Brien's retirement at the end of July and the acquisition of Adhesives International Ltd, an additional strength to its technical structure, with the appointment of a Technical Manager.

Dr Andrew Steward (Andy), currently responsible for all technical affairs at Warwick Effect Polymers (a spin-off research company/investment of Warwick University), is appointed to this new position with effect from 1 July and will spend July visiting customers with Terry O’Brien. His position is based in Basildon.

His main task will be to integrate the technical aspects of the two companies and build a single technical force to support, develop and grow the two businesses.

There will be a separate announcement later about Terry O’Brien's impending retirement after 39 years with the company.
