| The Boards of Pafra
Ltd and Pafra Adhesives Ltd (PAL) are pleased to announce the appointment
of Les Henderson as Company Secretary for each entity on 1 February
2002. |

| Les, who has worked for Pafra for
more three years takes on the role in addition to his current duties
as Finance & Administration Manager for PAL. He succeeds Clive Goldstein
thereby affording immediate continuity to the good governance of the
Companies by offering his expertise. |
