The corrugated cases that I am making on my
automatic line are coming apart before strapping. What can I do?
This suggests that you are not getting a fast
enough grab from your adhesive. One possibility is to reduce the coat
weight slightly. This will speed up grab, but do not go too far as you
may end up with not enough adhesive to form a bond. If this does not
work you require a faster adhesive that has faster wet grab.

My cases are fishtailing before strapping.
The adhesive is not acting fast enough but first
check the squaring unit is operating correctly, then apply less
adhesive and if this does not solve the issue ask Pafra for a faster

How can I increase the speed of 4 and 6 corner
gluing of cases?
Provided the machine and the case will cope with
faster speeds then the adhesive or application may need to be
