I glue paper labels onto PE bottles why does
the adhesive fail in patches or completely some times?
Provided you are applying the correct amount of
adhesive over the whole label this is usually an equipment issue. See

Why do my labels curl off the bottles after
labelling.
This could be due to using labels that have been
cut in the wrong direction, alternatively a faster adhesive may solve
